As per Federal Tax Authority (FTA) announcement, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be implemented in United Arab Emirates from 1stJanuary, 2018. Splash N Bounce Events shall apply VAT for all the business transactions falling under Tax category as per FTA guidelines.

Delivery charges of AED 100.00 will apply for all deliveries in Dubai from 1st September 2022.

Delivery charges of AED 300 will apply for all deliveries to other EMIRATES outside Dubai from 1st September 2022. Subject to change depending on the exact location.

We usually arrive 45 minutes before the party is due to begin.

We will require a socket to plug in our blower or pumps, we will bring our own extension cords.

We need a minimum delivery order of AED 500 within Dubai.

We need a minimum delivery order to Abu Dhabi.

We require a 50% deposit  for all products and services rental.

All payments will be in advance of the party.

A disclaimer needs to be signed before the party to indemnify and hold Splash n Bounce harmless from any claim.

Prices do not include electrical supply.

Bookings should be made minimum 48 working hours in advance otherwise surcharges will apply.

Cancellations must be made 72  hours in advance or will be subject to 50% payment for products and services hired.

Parental / Guardian supervision is required at all parties.
